Club Programme for 2008
Winter meetings start at 7.30pm Summer meetings start at 8.00pm
The society meets on the second, third and forth Tuesday's of each month. Visitors are always welcome.
- Second Tuesday is a regular competition night based on a set theme and an open category where guest judges are invited to provide critique.
- Third Tuesday of the month we hold a Digital Group for those interested in manipulating images.
- Forth Tuesday is typically an educational workshop or a presentation by an invited guest speaker.
We have much more than just competitions; there are presentations of photographs, interesting speakers, field trips, hands on camera technique nights, practical nights (e.g. portrait or macro technique). Competitions provide members with the opportunity to view other member's work as well as receive valuable feedback on their own work from judges within the photographic industry.
Information will be added to over the year as guest speakers are confirmed. Remember Competition Form and Rule Book for set subject and/or open section.
